Add support for jpegoptim optimization

There's a tool called «jpegoptim», which losslessly optimizes huffman tables in JPEG files, reducing their size. Running it at the end of import process could save user a 1 to 5% of disk space. Also, it can strip metadata of files or lousy reduce their compression level, saving some more space.

Does it sound interesting? For me it could be an unique feature.
