Highlight the song in library

When I select (highlight) the song and then click on arrange bar, tittle, album or artist tab, the song is not highlighted anymore, so is very difficult to find the preselected song. Rhythmbox has a similar library so the selected song is always highlighted whenever I click on arrangement tabs.

Thanks for the report. Are you using Mixxx 1.8.0 beta1? Regardless, this seems like a nice UI touch that we should do.

Yes I'm using Mixxx 1.8.0 beta1 and just to add a missing point about Rhythmbox > the selected track is always highlighted and is always focused no matter if the arrangement is changed.

When using the Rhythmbox playlist, when I try to drag a track to the waveform area, it just start highlighting all the tracks that you drag over, and not actually capture the track.

Also, can you guys pull the BPM data from Rythmbox? I like to search my genre, then sort by BPM for smooth transitions. Thanks.

Fixed in crate/playlist/libray/missing/prepare views in 1.9.x. Not fixable in Browse, iTunes or Rhythmbox for 1.9.x, but trunk/1.10.x should be do-able.

Fixed in trunk now. Works for iTunes, Rhythmbox, Traktor. Doesn't work for Browse.
