Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity-place-files

Using 0.5.2-0ubuntu1 in current maverick the "Folders" category is empty though I've been using nautilus and browsing folders since the update, should it record those or is there another way to add folders to the list?

I have been holding the full functionality of the folders section back a bit because The Right Solution (TM) requires new API from Zeitgeist.

For the Zeitgeist hackers: Id really much like a ResultType.MostPopularOrigin for the folders section in Unity.

@kamstrup: that is we assume that the origin is the parent folder (Which i think is a good idea but somehow others think it does not make sens)
I wouldnt mind adding the ResultType.MostPopularOrigin but this is in another list

The needed functionality has landed in ZG trunk and will be part of the imminent 0.4.1 release. Given that we will use the new ResultType.MostPopularOrigin to build the Folders section

It's the case as of today with unity-place-files 0.5.18-0ubuntu2 and latest libzg/zg/zg-fts-extension

Hmm - this is most odd. If the files daemon can not extract anything for the Folders section then it ought not to be able to find anything altogether...

BEWARE: The following instructions will make your recent file history available online:

Can someone who can reproduce this do a 'dbus-monitor > place-folders.dbus.txt' and switch the dash over to the files place, click the Folders section, ctrl-C that command, and attach the resulting file?

I can't reproduce it with the latest release, setting as fix released for now. Please reopen it if you still see the issue.
