BuildQueue.virtualized and BuildFarmJob.virtualized should be NOT NULL

Bug Description

BuildQueue.virtualized and BuildFarmJob.virtualized are both currently nullable. This doesn't make sense -- a job can't not care about its virtualisation state, since it's very important for security. They should both default to true.
