Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

When trying to open the PDF document that I am going to attach here.

Evince opens the password prompt, but as far as I know this file is not encripted. Using an empty password does not work either.

I am able to open the same file with other readers as xpdf.

This has been fixed upstream and should be working in maverick. I do not think that the new release of poppler qualifies for SRU, but it may be backported.

I did not mean to nominate this for lucid and I do not see how to remove it, sorry.

affects: evince (Ubuntu) → poppler (Ubuntu)

Marking as fixed released since it has been fixed upstream and in maverick. I will try and find the exact commit so this can get SRU'd into lucid.
