Bug Description

Exaile 3.1.0 (from the PPA) on Karmic 9.10

= Feature request

I need the possibility to delete the file(s) from the system by selection the files I don't need in the left left pane (under "Files")
Currently only the files part of the collection can be removed.

Reason: I need to manage my audio files in various locations, selecting the ones I will keep and the ones I will delete before to import them in the Exaile collection. The current configuration forces me keep 2 windows open -- nautilus and Exaile and my screen is small.

See thread: http://www.exaile.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1071&sid=4c2a0b6084d2e40ebc8d0449f5f7359e&p=3084#p3084
Back in the 0.2.x series this was available, however there was constant confusion among users about the difference between the two options regardless of how we tried to differentiate them. Because of this, the feature was removed from the 0.3.x series, and it will not be returning.
side note: this argument doesn't seem valid. it implies a regression because of some users' dumbness. A "Del" feature is part of most of application software. The 2 options in the Collection are explicit "Del from the collection", or "Del from the system". What is so special about it?

I agree this _shouldn't_ have been a necessary action, however even though we very carefully labeled the two options and put a confirmation dialog on the one that deleted from disk, people STILL kept doing it wrong, and then blamed US for their lost files. Thus the feature was dropped. It is not an ideal solution, but it's the best we can do at present.

A delete option identical to the Collection's was added to the Files panel in trunk/3580.
