After upgrading to qbittorrent qbittorrent 2.2.10 I had this error:

Please check that the version of libtorrent-rasterbar installed is the one that you're supposed to use with your qBittorrent v2.2.10 package. If you updated from an old repo/ppa, it is likely that you have a recent qBittorrent but this the libtorrent-rasterbar from the old PPA.

This is a known libtorrent-rasterbar issue related to UPnP. Would you be able to compile libtorrent with debug and get a gdb backtrace? I can guide you through the gdb usage if necessary.
