Bug Description

Availability: In Ubuntu universe and built for all architectures except sparc which is being deprecated
Rationale: This is required for a GSettings backend (gconf is being deprecated)
Security: No known problems
Quality assurance: No major bugs upstream (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/browse.cgi?product=dconf)
UI standards: No UI
Dependencies: Only depends on glib
Standards compliance: Standard packaging
Maintenance: Currently maintained by Ubuntu desktop team, will sync with Debian when they migrate to the latest GNOME
Background Information: The upstream project is "dconf" but the source package is named "d-conf" to avoid conflict with existing dconf package

I've promoted it to unblock the desktop updates for now, setting the milestone to beta so it get reviewed

Can this package be synced from Debian experimental? And can the package be made to run the tests in the tests/ directory? Otherwise, looks okay. +1.
