Bug Description

Binary package hint: mantis

1) Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid Lynx
2) mantis 1.1.8+dfsg-4
3) Installing mantis from ubuntu software center, download and install proceeded and I expected the dbconfig-common dialogs to appear
4) ubuntu software center install disappeared and crash notification icon appeared in taskbar
I subsequently tried sudo apt-get install mantis from terminal and dbconfig-common appeared as expected and install completed without incident.
