Bug Description
When creating a new registration, an email address is only taken from a contact if the contact has a partner address and partner function associated to it.
This makes registering persons/contacts known to the system with "private address" email or a contact's personal email (base_contact installed) on behalf (invoice) of a business partner not work.
(Neither the personal email of the contact nor a private email (available in its "Private Address" function record) is taken.)
This behavior may also be present with other modules.

Email address of any partner function is considered here.
Based on the partner selected, the concerned contact is taken into consideration and the email of first job record will be taken into consideration.
