Gnome Chess install invokes error

Looks like it isn't grabbing the locale for some reason (en). This doesn't seem to happen with any other packages, so I assume there is a typo somewhere in the package's install scripts.

Pls reopen if you encounter this in the latest release of ubuntu ("feisty" as of now).
