Bug Description

Im using Archlinux. I have sqlite bzr version, but propably bug exists on other versions (i couldnt add facebook accounts on them too, but dont remember for sure, if error message was same).

When adding FB account i authorize myself (allowing all things, for which gwibber is asking me), but when i click "Add" it doesnt add account, and throw out:

"Couldn't find field: username"

to the console output. Ive tried login both with username and email, but unfortunately neither of them works.

Got the same problem on mandriva and opensuse. It happens with Facebook and Google Buzz.

Please fix this bug because opensuse 11.3 will ship gwibber w/sqlite by default.

Same problem here with Gwibber 2.31.1 from Gentoo, but adding the account directly to the SQLite seems to work.

I'm using Gwibber 2.31.92 from the Ubuntu Daily PPA (https://launchpad.net/~gwibber-daily/+archive/ppa). I'm seeing this Bug as well.

What are the steps to add the Facebook, etc accoun directly to the SQLite db...?

Well, it seems that adding it directly to SQLite is a bit difficult, when I did it I copied the record from another Gwibber installation where I was able to add a Facebook account.

But, I was finally able to add a Facebook account to Gwibber, take a look at bug #614742, it worked for me, specially comment #28
