Bug Description

I get the following when downloading a public file on Updown:

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://files.one.ubuntu.internal:3128/public/fK//

Zero Sized Reply

Squid did not receive any data for this request.

Your cache administrator is webmaster.

When uploading or downloading a non-public file I get the following:

SSL connection error.

Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
