Sending URLs in ICQ doesn't work

Bug Description

Binary package hint: pidgin

When using Pidign 2.6.X or 2.7.0 I cannot send URLs via the OSCAR-Protocol. The problem is that for people using the native ICQ-Clients the links aren't clickable and replaced by emoticons.

Pidgin needs to use the native formatting for links in ICQ to make this work.

Oh im sorry didn't see the updates on this bug. I'm not sure if this is still the case as I'm using Empathy for while now. I think it's better to close the bug.
