Bug Description
The new "UnhideDelay" feature is broken when zoom is enabled. When your mouse is touching the docky edge, you see the tops of the zoomed icons. See attached video for details.
Steps to repeat:
1. Put a relatively high (~1 second) value in the gconf field.
2. Enable zoom.
3. Move your mouse along the docky screen edge.
