Bug Description

Hi i have a latest ubuntu10.04 LTS running on acer aspire one. USB DOES NOT ALLOW TO MOUNT EXTERNAL hard rive, other usb like music player/hard drive is "not present",same goes for the solid state hard drive - i'm not allowed!!! STRANGELY MY USB KEYBOARD WORKS, also, there is no sound, and Skype does not work either, after installing all the updates YouTube is not working either, built in camera does not exist anywhere in the system. I haven't checked the wireless yet.

my second computer: Toshiba Satellite, should i open another ticket for that?
After installing ubuntu for a dual boot, the whole system crashed with blue screens, and a part of my hard drive is now dead.
CHKDSK shows i have 10344 kilobytes hard drive instead of 120 GIG!

i understand this linux thing is free but what is wrong with it, 7 years in networking administration, computer, network and printer tech, with A+ and MCSE, I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE, I'M GIVING IT ANOTHER FEW DAYS. THEN BACK TO XP, - also free
