dbconfig-common doesn't prompt for password when using software center

Bug Description
Binary package hint: bacula
Other packages have the same problem (ie torrentflux), when installing from terminal, dbconfig-common asks for the root password for configuring mysql db. However it does not when installing using the software center, which causes installation to fail.

fixed in Ubuntu 10.10 atleast I cannot reproduce it here. can you please try with the latest version of Ubuntu.
