Table content vanish when deselecting all columns

Bug Description
Tested Mixxx 1.8beta 2 r2442 Mac OSX 10.5.8
Step 1
Goto library table
Step 2
Deselect all columns on top
Actual Result
The respective table goes blank. No way to bring the columns/content back.
This happens in all tables - Library, AutoDJ etc...
Even a Mixxx restart wont help.
Expected Result
A way to bring the columns/content back.

Added safety checks to lp:mixxx/1.8 so that it ignores the hide request if the column is the last one. I also added some logic to re-show all the columns if they are all hidden when the library is loaded as a safety measure against someone managing to hide them all. Nice catch Jus!
