folder creation action creates file

Bug Description
When I use the file browser dialogue to create a folder, a file is created instead. If I delete the file, and try again, I'm told that the file already exists.

Hi Steven,
Could you please let us know what browser you are using and possibly give a screen shot of the "folder as a file".
One thing to note is that the SVN icons are a little bit confusing for unversioned files. They tend to look very similar to the "file" icon and also have the SVN status of "Temporary file".
