Bug Description

When maintaining an image item (moving it up or down) the image item is deselected, meaning that I have to select the item over and over if i keep wanting to move it up or down!

What are you trying to do?
Are you in the service Manager as it is unclear

Sorry, for lack of clarity. When right clicking on a image item in the service.list, there is an option to maintain item. Allowing you to reorder the image list!
