Bug Description
We're getting some timeouts on +translations pages, partly because they re-count the number of templates in a productseries perhaps a thousand or so times:
OOPS-1628A845
OOPS-1628L824
These two oopses show one of the causes—a view property "singe_potemplate" that can easily be cached.
