Failure of Select and Install software using server cd i386 Ubuntu 10.10

Sir,
The bug pertains to installation of Ubuntu Server 10.10 on Pentium IV machine.
During installation of the server when I reach the screen showing Software selection , I selected DNS Server, LAMP Server, Mail Server, OpenSSH Server, PostgreSQL Database Print Server, Samba File Server, Tomcat Java Server.
When I click <Continue>
I get the following message:-
                                                 Installation Step Failed
An Installation Step Failed. You can try to run the failing item again from the menu, or skip it and choose something else. The failing step is: Select and Install software
<continue>

After I click <Continue>, I reach [.] Ubuntu installer main menu with Select and install software selected.

I tried by unselecting various server packages but it does not work.

I am using server image of i386 Ubuntu 10.10 Alpha 1 Maverick Meerkat
