Bug Description

Binary package hint: gstm

If a tunnel drops, gSTM shows a message box that can only be seen if gSTM is not minimized/hidden and only on one workspace.
Also, the tunnel stays green until the dialog is dismissed and if you try to show gSTM on a different workspace, the application appears to be non-responsive

Suggestions for a fix:
1) use libnotify to send the message and remove the message box
2) change the icon before showing the message box, and ensure the message box is shown on any workspace gSTM is shown, not just one
