Bug Description

I noticed tv-player ships its own mimms... oh men what a bad practice :)

Using tv-player with the mimms package from my distro (or from the mimms project homepage) results in missing python classes and nothing works at all. The Thread_mimms class completely miss in the official mimms sources but reading your docs I haven't found any info about patches nor forking; moreover the official mimms 'mpart-adaptive' branch seems to have Thread support but it seems totally different from the core.py version you use.

Any info about your mimms sources?
