pppoeconf should be on livecd

Bug Description

For people who use internet connections with pppoe (adsl connections for instance) pppoeconf is an essential tool, as without it there is no internet connection possible.

Not everyone has a router to handle pppoe and provide dhcp.

This is a quick, temporary fix, so that untill ubuntu offers a neat way to set up non-dhcp internet at least those who know about pppoeconf can get online.

That's good: imho ubiquity should have an option to configure the network using PPPoE, along with options for DHCP, etc.

PPPoE is also quite easy to detect (there's a tool in the pppoeconf package to do this, afaik)

Confirmed.
pppoeconf is missing from the livecds.
pppoeconf should be included on all livecds.
