I've committed read-only mka support in trunk. For now the supported tags are:
album (A), album artist (A), artist (T), comment (T), composer (T), date (A), disc (A), genre (A), performer (T), title (T), track (T)
A = album level (target type 50)
T = track level (target type 30)
Write support is not going to happen any time soon; I'm closing this bug for now.
