Bug Description

For user, it is not very natural that after he clicks on Data Laboratory, nothing is displayed. He must click on Edges/Nodes which is not very obvious.

Solution is to select Nodes as default.

Hi, yes I think that Nodes table should show by default.
I am working on it now.

It also now clears the table view when there is no workspace.
This is important for the new features being developed in my branch.
