learn what "numbers in general" mean

Bug Description
It would be nice if Do would automatically learn that when I type a number, I almost always mean it as a Launchpad bug number, and I'm less interested in any local files that might happen to contain that number.
Launchpad bugs are just an arbitrary example - there might be other people who always want to match them as skype phone numbers or RT tickets or something else.
