Default Dictionary on US locale uses UK dictionary

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

This is not a duplicate of bug #58017, although very similar or caused by the fix. US now uses UK dictionary.
Bug #58017 was the opposite.

Unless dictionary is changed firefox will report "Color" as misspelled and try to correct it to "Colour".
Dictionary can be changed manually by right clicking and selecting Languages -> English / United States.
The default should be picked up by locale settings and default to EN-US dictionary.
