Bug Description

This tracking bug will be for keeping track of applications that do not show the menu AT ALL.

This is a master bug for the client registration issue observed for a while.
Filed in case the fix for #591178 doesn't completely solve the problem.

The registration is now fixed, and the menu entries are now created reliably with the indicator. Tested with gnome-terminal, gedit, gnome-calculator. There may still be some issues with individual apps, but the root cause is fixed now.
