Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Often when I login (not every time), one of the applets, or part of one of the applets is misrendered, usually being drawn as a duplicate part of another applet on one of my panels. This glitchy applet also does not intercept any mouse clicks, as left clicks do nothing and right clicks open the panel's right click menu. Most of the time, it's an icon in the old notification area, but it's happened to icons in the indicator applet, as well as half of my clock every now and then. Running killall gnome-panel will usually fix it, though sometimes it just causes another area to become glitchy.

Looks like this for instance http://i.imgur.com/SdNOs.png

I'm using Lucid, and this has been happening to me for most of the time since it was released.
