Tasks not getting "fixed" after creation/updates.

Bug Description

In earlier versions of planner-el, on both Ubuntu and Debian Sarge, soon after a new task was created or an existing task was updated (Priority). It used to automatically position itself according the given priority.

With this version, it does so, only after typing "M-x planner-fix-tasks"

You can also accomplish this by saving the Planner file.

Does this problem still exist in current versions of Planner, such as in Hardy or Intrepid?
