Bug Description
Binary package hint: inkscape
The keyboard shortcut Shift+` should change the zoom level to the next in the history. However, it appears to do nothing at all.
The ` shortcut for Previous Zoom works correctly. Selecting View->Zoom->Next Zoom from the menu also works correctly.

What keyboard layout are you using?
I can reproduce this with a de_CH keyboard (MacBookPro), where ` is Shift+^ - none of the default zoom next/previous shortcuts work for me: I had to redefine them in my user keymap file like this:
<bind key="dead_ circumflex" action="ZoomPrev" display="true" /> <!-- ^ -->
<bind key="dead_grave" modifiers="Shift" action="ZoomNext" display="true" /> <!-- ` -->
