'no bugs' message looks weird in chrome

Bug Description
When I view a series of a project that doesn't have any bugs I get the message 'There are currently no open bugs filed against PROJECT SERIES series.' - but if there is a search box, the message gets wrapped around it in a funny way. This happens in Chrome, but not in Firefox.
This could be fixed alongside Bug #584962.
