Bug Description

Please sync libnet-twitter-perl 3.13003-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The reason for diverting this package was a patch about connecting twitter
in perl tests, this is solved in upstream and this patch is removed from debian
(see 3.12000-1).

Thanks!
