Bug Description

I set up account, registered computer, but "Connect" remained greyed out in Devices tab of Ubuntu One client. I removed the printer from my account to try and re-install it, but could not get the install printer page. So I removed my subscription to start off a new one. I did this (with a new email address) but the original account has remained active (although I received an email saying that it has been removed). Now I have two active accounts, but in none of them can I install the computer!

Sorry for the mess I made. Wherever I wrote "printer" I meant "computer", of course. It is my computer which I could not register.

Thank you

Hello,

I managed to log in again with one of my accounts and, after several failed attempts, I got the page to register my computer, which I did. The Ubuntu One Preferences client now also recognises that the computer is registered, but I still have the initial problem, namely that the "Connect" button on the Devices Tab i the client is still greyed out. So I still cannot connect with my cloud.

Any suggestions please?

jl

Problem solved thanks to Joshua. The Ubuntu One folder belonged to root. Changed its owner and it now works perfectly.

Thanks.
