when I upgrade the software,some error come.The information is I have had installed a new bag,but another part need the same bag of previous version.

According to the dpkg terminal log the mysql server wasn't able to be stopped:

 * Stopping MySQL database server mysqld 
[fail]

invoke-rc.d: initscript mysql, action "stop" failed.

invoke-rc.d returned 1

There is a MySQL server running, but we failed in our attempts to stop it.

Stop it yourself and try again!

Could you post the content of /var/log/daemon.log around the time of the upgrade? Was the mysql server running before starting the upgrade? Could you try to stop the mysql server manually with its init script?
