Document Management ics does not update ics files

Hello,

I'd like to retrieve the ics files to import them in a mail client. I can access the ones I defined (meetings, opportunities) with the ftp access but their size is null.

Apparently they are not updated by the document_ics module. I tried to uninstall reinstall but it does not change anything, their size is still null though I have meetings defined in the CRM calendars.

And if I try to retrieve them with thunderbird I get that error:

Can you update to 5.0.11 because in windows installer, there are a lot of problem fix with Timezone package

Can someone send me the vserion you are using? I deleted openerp and reinstalled the whole 5.0.11 but it does not change anything to my pb

Hi!

I just pulled server stable and addons from bazaar and upgraded python2.5 on debian - than I started the server with upgrade --all. Please notice that the server runs on a debian linux box. I tried to fetch the meeting.ics with thunderbird via ftp and got the console output you can see on pastebin (http://pastebin.com/zF1sw9QS)

I have the same problem with the server running on Ubuntu 10.4.
All the ics files are empty.

The attached patch solves the problem.

Generated files can be imported in Kontact, but not in Microsoft Outlook.

I doubt about adding pytz here.

Are you sure it does not harass windows users?

I have experienced few issues with pytz on widnows.
