Wishlist: move the "Does this bug affect you?" link in a more visible area.

I think the "This bug affects x person. Does this bug affect you?" link is not so visibile as it
should be.
May be a great improvement moving the link on the right side of the page with a graphic theme
like the Subscribe link.

I have attached an image that surely explains better what I'm trying to say :)

Hi, thanks for the suggestion!

This link started life in the sidebar of the page, and some thought the current position was more noticeable. The problem is that the link itself needs more done with it. In other words, the interaction of marking a bug as affecting you needs to be more obvious. While I doubt we'll move the link to the sidebar again per the suggestion here, we will likely make more of this link whenever we work on our "Bug Q&A" story again. As yet, there is no work planned on this story, so I'm marking in low priority.

In fact, I would quit mentioning the bug q&a story altogether in bugs, except that I think it's a valuable piece of work we should return to someday. :-)

Wow! I'm sorry, I didn't know this fact otherwise I wouldn't have filed this bug ;)

I don't know what is "Bug Q&A", but it seems to be interesting.

A relevant comment from bug 987220: "I really wonder why people post comments stating they 'are affected too', and don't click on 'Does this bug affect you?' at the top of the page. Only stating that you are 'affected too' this way will draw more attention to this bug. I've counted 6 [affects me too] comments, but only 4 votes."

It may save time to design a fix for 510811 at the same time as this bug.
