Bug Description
Minor string problem: vacuuming defs shows in the Undo History pane as "Vacuum <defs>" rather than "Vacuum <defs>" as it appears in the undo/redo menu item (or "Vacuum defs" as it could quite well be changed to, as the action's menu item is).
