New windows sometimes open in incorrect language

Suppose your Ubuntu language is French.

When you open Epiphany the first time, it will open in French. But if you open a new window (with ^N or Fichier / Nouvelle fenêtre [[ File / New Window ]]), it will appear in English.

I can't reproduce this with german and epiphany 2.16.0

It happens not all the time. I'll try to reproduce it and post more details.

Ok, here's how I could reproduce it:

1. Create an HTML document containing the following:

<a href="#" target="_blank">bilingual!</a>

2. Save it.

3. Open it in Epiphany.

4. Click on the link.

You'll end up with two windows, each in a different language.

I used to have this bug in Debian unstable, but since I upgraded to Edgy this bug is gone on my system.

I'm using epiphany-browser package 2.16.1-0ubuntu2.
