Bug Description
Binary package hint: hubackup
version 0.0.2 (dapper) and 0.0.3 (edgy)
Without a place to save to, when I press "start", I am asked if I want to temporarily (typo:) s_T_ore it on the hard drive. However, there should obviously be a means to tell the thing where to backup to:
run summary:
------------
* Backup media files : True
* Do a differential / a reference backup location has been choosen : None
* Target device choosen for storing backup to : None
* Source dir to make backup of : /home/kamome/
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/
self.
File "/usr/lib/
target_type = getattr(self,attr)
AttributeError: MainBackup instance has no attribute 'backup_
And I think one should be presented with the possibility to save to a hard drive location right from the start, not just after having pressed "start" without a "proper" backup medium present. But maybe this has changed already, along with the UI redesign?
fixed in edgy, hubackup 0.0.5
