3) What I expected to happen is when I clicked "Click here for webcast" at:

The Real Player content would play flawlessly.
4) What happens instead is that when the popup comes up the content does not play. When I click "Menu" in the popup, two RealPlayer windows popup where one claims:
"Component Missing
The player does not have the capabilities to play back the content.
