Archive:+delete-packages times out

This is related to https://answers.launchpad.net/soyuz/+question/113218. We need to clean up the langpack PPA, but https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-langpack/+archive/ppa/+delete-packages keeps timing out.

OOPS-1618K1515 is one example.

Note: until this is fixed, a work-around might be to specify the batch size when requesting the page:

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-langpack/+archive/ppa/+delete-packages?batch=5

Painful, but might enable you to get something done.

I'm not allowed there... I just played with a different ppa to get the
batch url. Does it timeout with batch=1? If so the size of the batch
is not affecting the query time :/
