Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Some lines in the PDF variant of the serverguide are truncated.
This doesn't affect the normal text, but samples of config lines
or commands to be entered.

For example in Section 5 (Samba as PDC) for version 10.04:
add machine script = sudo /usr/sbin/useradd -N -g machines -c Machine -d /var/lib/samba -s /

The online html version says instead:
add machine script = sudo /usr/sbin/useradd -N -g machines -c Machine -d /var/lib/samba -s /bin/false %u

Using the truncated line would make the whole server unusable!

line is truncated and there is another truncated line on the following page of "Samba as a Domain Controller" near the top of p 231: "net rpc rights grant "EXAMPLE\Domain Admins" SeMachineAccountPrivilege SePrintOperatorPrivilege"; the command runs to the edge of the page

The Ubuntu Documentation team has moved the serverguide out of the ubuntu-docs source, it is now under the serverguide project. Moving this bug accordingly.

All PDF Truncations have been fixed. There are 3 long lines that remain: They do not have a good spot to split; they don't get truncated anyhow; They do give a message during PDF compile, example below.

Line 1 of a paragraph overflows the available area by more than 50 points. (See position 14200:420)

This will be in the serverguide for version 12.04
