Bug Description
As a user of an eeepc 701, I have a maximum resolution of 800*480 on my screen.
The problem is about the size of the icons in UNR. When there's not a lot of applications in a category, I have 3 icons per line.
When there are enough applications to get the scroll bar, there are only 2 icons per line and I lose a lot of the capacity of my screen.

This is known. The lowest UNR support is 1024x600. Though UNR 10.10 interface will be more tailored to small resolution such as yours.
