dxf import hatches

dxf import is great, its better than what you get for free on the web, if you eg. want to convert dxf to pdf.

I made some changes to /usr/share/inkscape/extensions/dxf_input.py - now it paints hatches with a hatch, always the same though, but so they are easier to spot and correct.

The diff is a little convolved, please excuse. It forces Arial, because here the first font is Ahem, which is bad. And then linecaps are added on everything but dashed lines, so corners will print neater.

hello Alvin, I rather not create a new report for this, still I would like to bring another small patch to your attention, maybe you can consider it in your inkscape work. This one lets Inkscape read named dimensions (eg. Height, Width) and tolerances from a DXF. I tested only with QCad drawings. It makes the file utf-8, I dont know if that conforms.
