Bug Description

Running on Ubuntu 9.10 karmic, 64bit, with all programs installed from the Ubuntu repository

GTK client - 5.0.3
Server - 5.0.5
python - 2.6.4
postgresql - 8.4.3

The leads screens do not function correctly if the user has a timezone set.

* When creating the first lead it is not saved completely.
* You can display the list of leads but if you attempt to open the lead an empty form is displayed. Getting to the list view is difficult.
* Attempting to use the forward/back buttons, or going back to list view, brings up a dialog saying that changes will be lost.
* You can get to the created lead by saying no to the save changes dialog, but editing it does not work completely, lead details are truncated.
* You cannot toggle between the list and form views, you are stuck on the form view, and will start in the form view when starting form the all leads button. The list button the menu bar will be selected but the form screen will be displayed.
* If you try to create a new lead from the new lead menu option the old lead is overwritten.

Using the 64bit GTK client on a 32bit server seems to work OK. Clearing the timezone for the user in the database also clears up the problem.

Hello Steve,

We had faced such a problem of timezone consistently.
It is fixed in current version.
Would you please get the latest version and let us know whether it still hurts you or not ?

Thanks.
