Domain in "All Modec Projects"

I have the following structure

- Parent project ---> Not MODEC project
--- Project A ---> Not MODEC project
--- Project B ---> Not MODEC project
--- Project C ---> MODEC project

If I detail the parent project for each children, the MODEC project dissapears in the view "All MODEC projects" and "My MODEC Projects". The domain for them is checking that the projects listed there hasn't got parent projects (because iterations are project by themselves and should not be listed). This domain should check that if that project is MODEC (checking box marked) and if it has got a parent project, this one isn't a MODEC Project by itself. If it's, the project should not be listed (it's an iteration as I say) but if it's not, it should.
