Bug Description
thanx for the great work :-)
I've installed the map on both Garmin and Mac-OS-X BaseCamp. When planning a track in BaseCamp, I don't
get elevation values for my trackpoints - therefore I cannot see the elevation profile of my planned track (without
those values, the menu entry in BaseCamp remail disabled).
kind regards from Cologne...
Gernot

The map doesn't contain a digital elevation model (DEM). The elevation profile for routes (that is enabled in MapSource and BaseCamp) is derived from the contour lines. I've confirmed that this doesn't work for tracks (neither in MapSource nor in BaseCamp). Probably the reason is that for tracks a proper DEM is needed. Unfortunately the format for the DEM isn't known yet, so it is not possible to write it into the map. Therefore, this bug can't be fixed until the DEM format is reverse-engineered.
